MORRO DOIS IRMÃOS TRAIL AND FAVELA TOUR IN VIDIGAL
TOUR INFORMATION
Enjoy a unique experience that combines lush nature, local culture, and the social contrasts that make Rio de Janeiro such a fascinating city.
Our tour begins with a hike to the top of Dois Irmãos Hill, one of the most iconic landmarks in the South Zone. It's a roughly 40-minute hike through the forest, with strategic stops at viewpoints that offer breathtaking views of the Rocinha Favela, Tijuca Forest, São Conrado Beach, and Serra da Gávea.
Once you reach the top, the view is unforgettable: from there you can see Leblon Beach, Ipanema, Sugarloaf Mountain, Christ the Redeemer and much more — a true natural spectacle that will stay in your memory (and in your photos!) forever.
On the way down, the experience takes on another dimension: we'll explore the Vidigal Favela, a seaside village that today is a symbol of urban and social renewal. Its vibrant streets reveal the unique aesthetics of the buildings, the energy of the street art, the music that echoes around every corner, and the typical flavors of the local cuisine.

Recommended: sunscreen, hat, insect repellent, comfortable sneakers and at least 1.5L of water

ADVANTAGES OF A PRIVATE TOUR
- Optimize your time and money by visiting and staying in the places you're interested in, without being delayed by other tourists, which unfortunately happens on group tours.
- Private and exclusive tour guide.
- Exclusive transportation, with total comfort. On a group tour, however, transportation is shared and often crowded, putting the health of you and your family and/or friends at risk (COVID-19).
- More detailed explanation, with the possibility of directing the information to your personal interests and those of your companions. An infinite number of questions are allowed, as this is an interpersonal relationship.
- There are no stops at pre-established restaurants and shops or tourist traps.
- Flexible schedules allow you to reach places when they're less crowded. Unlike a group tour, visiting times often coincide with other excursions, causing attractions to be crowded.
- We create tailor-made itineraries to visit only the places you and your travel companions want.
- More time to take photos, explore the sites, and stay where you and your companions are most interested. Without the hassle of tourists who are late, get lost, and disrupt your tour.
- Travel at your own pace and that of your fellow travelers. Stay where you and your companions are most interested. Without the hassle of tourists who are late, get lost, and disrupt the progress of your tour.
